چکیده
Data presented in this article are the result of comprehensive analysis of investigations of in vivo modified pork. Raw meat obtained from pigs undergone the acute autohemorrhagic cerebrovascular stroke is considered to be treatment and preventive product for treatment of patients suffered from acute ischemic, hemorrhagic stroke or traumatic cerebral lesions. Investigated meat also can be used as preventive medicine for lowering the risk of the acute cerebrovascular diseases development. Results of the raw meat and some parenchymal tissue investigations and the therapeutic effect study on laboratory animals with the experimental model of acute cerebrovascular pathology are presented in this article.

The experimental materials comprised 44 hybrid [female (Polish Large White x Polish Landrace) x male Duroc] growing-finishing pigs. The animals were randomly divided into two groups: 24 pigs were slaughtered immediately after transport and 20 pigs were slaughtered after a 24-hour rest period in the lairage. The meat content of pork carcasses, carcass dressing percentage, the proximate chemical ...

A total of 96 pigs (49.23±3.20 kg) were used in an 11 wk growth trial to evaluate the effect of fermentable carbohydrate (FC) content on growth performance, apparent total tract digestibility (ATTD) of nutrient, blood profile, and meat quality. The dietary treatments were: i) negative control (NC), basal diet, ii) positive control (PC), NC+antibiotics (positive control diet with 5 ppm flavomyci...
متن کاملEffect of rearing system and mixing at loading on transport and lairage behaviour and meat quality: comparison of free range and conventionally raised pigs.
Free range pigs, born outdoors and reared after weaning in enriched indoor accommodation, were compared with conventionally raised pigs from a farm, matched for effects on meat quality, with respect to behaviour during transport and lairage, blood chemistry at slaughter and meat quality characteristics. Pigs were either kept in farm pen groups or were mixed at loading and kept in the groups, so...
